For our Client we are seeking a suitable candidate for the position of:
German Speaking Advisor
Nr ref.: GSA/Cze/2013
Workplace: Czech Republic, Brno
Main Responsibilities:
• Providing technical support and customer service to customers on smart phones and other telecommunication device
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service when helping a customer, adjust approach to accommodate all levels of customer experience and show empathy for the customers at all times
• Handling telephone calls, elementary work with PC
• Positive communication with team members, customers and other partners
Requirements:
• Experience in a similar position is welcome
• Basic technical knowledge and skills
• Written and verbal fluency in German and English
• User-level experience with various telecommunication devices, operation systems, software applications and other tools, knowledge of hardware principles and appreciation of the it environment
• Strong customer service skills (communication, analytical, multitasking and organizational skills)
• Willingness to work in shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent
